Administrative Coordinator
Position Overview: The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional administrative and operational support to ensure seamless guest experiences and internal team coordination. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling guest relations, coordinating schedules, maintaining internal communications, and assisting with on-site tours and burial services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception & General Inquiries
- Scheduling Guest & Team Appointments
- Internal Communications
- Filings & Mailings
- Lead/Assist with Burials
- Lead Tours at the Sanctuary
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle emotionally sensitive situations with compassion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in administrative tools such as Google Workspace, Asana, Mailchimp, Calendly, and QuickBooks.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and prolonged shoveling.
- Comfort working in an outdoor setting and operating golf carts.
- Experience in customer service, scheduling, or funeral service coordination is a plus.
Work Environment & Schedule:
- 10am – 4pm, Monday – Friday
- Occasional weekend or evening availability may be required based on guest needs and burial schedules.
- Hybrid role with a mix of office, outdoor, and remote work.
- Requires ability to navigate uneven terrain and work in varying weather conditions.
Pay & Benefits:
- $22 an hour
- 155 hours between paid vacation & floating holidays
